What’s new?

The New Candidate List now supports sharing of saved searches. Users can select Public from the Access dropdown in Candidate List andgt; Saved Search Slideout andgt; Edit, then choose to share the search with the entire corporation or with specific users and departments.

Sharing via the Search modal (Candidate List andgt; Search andgt; Create New or Update Search) will be supported in an upcoming release.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement makes it easier for teams to collaborate and maintain consistency across their workflows. Users can now share saved searches seamlessly within their organization, reducing duplicate setup and ensuring everyone has access to the same candidate views.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the New Candidate List. The rollout of the New Candidate List is currently in progress.
